Registration

You are able to use most of the Flavor Addicts site without providing any personal information. However, in order to use many of the interactive features of this site, you must be a registered user. Registration may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, mailing address, and birth date that Flavoraddicts.com needs to collect for fulfilling prizes, tracking/verifying compliance with FLAVORADDICTS.com policies, and federal, state and local laws and/or for editorial and feedback solicitation purposes.

PAYMENT

Once payment is made, you will receive the order via USPS ground within or directly from our store front location within 7-10 business days. We highly recommend paying by debit/credit card as this is the easiest and quickest way to begin processing your order. If you need to pay with a check, please note we only accept school checks, organizational checks, or money orders. We do not accept personal checks. 


SHIPPING & HANDLING

As soon as your order is packaged and ready to be shipped off you will receive an email with tracking information. Once payment has been processed, orders take 7-10 business days for delivery via USPS Ground. If payment has been processed and this time frame has passed, please send an email to KCCFGOURMET@gmail.com with your order number requesting a shipping update. Our Flavor Addicts Customer Support team will assist from there.  

 

Shipping is a flat-rate cost based on the number of items in your order:

1-49 items:  $29

50-125 items:  $49

126+ items:  $79

 

Seller Restrictions

We reserve the right at any time to suspend, limit or discontinue a relationship with a Seller, Buyer or Organizer as well as access to our website without notice. Please note that any conduct that we deemed damaging or  in violation of the terms and conditions of our company. We also reserve the right to discontinue any Seller, Buyer or Organizer actions including but not limited to practicing illegal activity, harassing conduct, cyber bullying, negative ads, sexual content or explicit language or suspected fraud.
